Room check in
Those staying at Halswell House can be shown to their rooms from 12 noon. Please note that Halswell House is not a hotel and people will not be able to access their rooms before this time. |

Arrival
As you arrive you will be greeted by JJ, his best man (Olly Monro) and ushers (Simon Cooper and Steve Jacobs.) You will be shown to the historic Justice Room where tea, coffee and biscuits will be served.

Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony will be held in the Blue Ballroom upstairs.
A Pimms reception will follow the ceremony.
*Please note, the use of confetti inside and outside of Halswell House is prohibited* |

Photographs
Photographs will take place in the wonderful grounds of Halswell House (weather depending!) We are very pleased that our friend Simon Baxter will be doing our wedding photography. We both love Simon's style of photography and feel privileged that he will be photographing our special day. |

Wedding Breakfast
Our caterer is Wingsee Liu, who will be providing an oriental style menu. If anyone has any dietary requirements please let us know. |

Ceilidh Dancing
Following our first dance we hope everyone will join in ceilidh dancing. The Free Spirit Band will be providing the music and a "caller" to let everyone know what they should be doing. An idea of what is involved can be found on this website http://www.irish-dancer.co.uk/ceili.html.
When the band take a break at around 9pm the evening buffet will be served.
Once the ceilidh band have finished there will be an "ipod" disco! Please feel free to email us any song suggestions for the playlist! |

For those staying at Halswell House the party will continue, either dancing in the ballroom or possibly in the hot tub on the roof! |

A full English breakfast will be served in the Morning Room. |

BBQ
For those who to wish to carry on celebrating we will be having a BBQ lunch at Acaia Farm, Rooksbridge. Depending on numbers there may also be archery. |
